President
The Apostolic Men’s President, Michael Garcia was born and raised in the state of Texas. Born into a Pastoral home, he always knew he was called for the Ministry and responded to the “Call”. Ordained as a Minister in the South Texas District of the Apostolic Assembly, he served as Assistant Pastor to Pastor Abel Garza from 2009 to 2014 in Los Fresnos, Texas. After completing C.O.S.T. (School of Pastors), he was called to Pastor in Bellingham, Washington in 2014. There he and his family served for 8 years.
From 2015 through 2019 he was elected as the Washington District Men’s President. From 2018-2022, he served as the National Secretary for the Apostolic Men and currently as the National President for the Apostolic Men, all with the faith to empower men to make an impact in all facets of their lives.
Presently, he and his lovely wife Marisa, along with their two wonderful and talented children, Malachi and Melody now they currently reside in Indio, California serving under the covering of Bishop Luciano M. Montes and First Lady Becky Montes

Secretary
The Apostolic Men’s Secretary, Saul Aaron Leyva was born and raised in Midland, Texas. There is where he fell in love with the Lord and was baptized in 2009. He knew in his heart that he was called to serve and has done so at Reach Apostolic Community Church.
He has served in many different areas in the Northwest Texas District. They include serving as a Worship Leader, Youth President, Youth Pastor, Ordained Minister, Men’s District Treasurer, and Men’s District President. He has led with a desire to advance the Kingdom and unlock the untapped potential within the church. He values self-governance, taking ownership, and relentless service. His engineering background has led him to focus on prioritizing, strategic planning, exemplary execution, and sound-minded assessments within the leadership structures he’s been a part of.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas Permian Basin, he married his loving wife, Dora Elizabeth. They now have two handsome boys, Aaron Judah, and Elisha James. Together they continue to serve the Lord with all of their heart. They stand convinced that “Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.”

Treasurer
The Apostolic Men’s Treasurer, Minister Ismael Pacheco from Phoenix, Arizona was born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and was baptized in 1996. Being fourth generation Apostolic and coming from a Pastoral Family Heritage he was ordained to the ministry in 2013 and has served in various functions in ministry.
Fulfilling his calling, since 2016 he began serving with the Apostolic Men at the district level as Secretary then President for two terms. Elected in 2020 as the Apostolic Men’s Treasurer.
Brother Pacheco is proudly married to his lovely wife, sister Kerlly and God has blessed them with two wonderful daughters; Leamsi and Kerlly. Together they serve and worship at Phoenix First Apostolic Church under Pastor Anthony Romo.
